Arend Group is a brand of 88 KEYS BV, Creyboschlaan 28, 2520 Ranst, Belgium, VAT BE 0698.770.677 (hereinafter "we"). We handle your personal data with care and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Last updated: October 2026.
Which data do we process?
Via the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), subject and your question. When booking an appointment: name, email address, phone number and the chosen time. Via email and phone: the data you provide to us yourself.
What do we use them for?
Solely to answer your question, schedule an appointment and follow up with you as a (potential) customer. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Legal basis and retention period
We process your data on the basis of your request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in following up with customers. We keep it no longer than necessary for that purpose, or as long as the law requires (for example for accounting).
Processors
Our website and customer data are hosted by Odoo S.A. (Belgium) within the European Union. Odoo only processes the data on our behalf.
Cookies
This website only uses functional cookies that are needed for the site to work (for example language choice and session). No advertising or tracking cookies are placed.
Your rights
